Tuition does not completely cover the costs of educating our students at Martin Luther High School. We actively raise additional funds through the generosity of our Alumni and Friends and through various activities throughout the year.

We are in the first year of our three-year 50th Anniversary Challenge Fund Campaign, striving to raise $1 million to support the mission of MLHS as we begin our next 50 years!

The funds raised will be used as follows:

Martin Luther High School students are challenged by the new curriculum of the Advanced Placement Program, even as they are taught to know Jesus and His love. We will:

  • Enhance the faculty’s professional development
  • Support teachers’ graduate education and in-service classes,  Reduce class sizes to insure students’ advantageo Provide educational technology to support the educational process
  • Fund the costs of the Advanced Placement examinations.

$350,000 will advance MLHS students’ education.

There is an increasing need to financially support families who are struggling to meet the tuition requirements. Martin Luther High School wants to insure that students who desire a quality Christian education will be able to attend.

Therefore, the school will bolster the financial aid available to these families, and will develop and distribute the funds needed for scholarships and grants-in-aid.

$350,000 will allow more students to benefit from a Christian education at  MLHS.

locker_picture Martin Luther has effectively utilized classrooms, offices, and common areas in its 1927 classroom building and in the 1963 addition.

In recent years, the school program has been enhanced by the renovation of the computer classroom, science labs and kitchen, and the addition within the existing structure of a resource room, athletic fitness center, and new administrative offices.

The school will upgrade the facilities for educational effectiveness, energy efficiency, and meeting space conducing to learning — give it a face-lift.

$300,000 will allow for the necessary physical improvements to the MLHS building.
