May is quickly approaching!! As a reminder the Re -Enrollment Tuition Contracts are due May 1, 2019. If you have any questions or need any assistance navigating through your Parent Portal to accept the Tuition Contract please contact the Admissions Office.

Senior Information: Wednesday, May 1st is National College Decision Day, the deadline for seniors to pick their college. We would like to give our seniors the opportunity to share this decision with the entire MLS community. On Wednesday, May 1st, our seniors will be allowed to wear a sweatshirt or t-shirt from the college they will be attending in the Fall.  Dress code rules apply for pants,skirts and footwear.

HESC announced that the Excelsior Scholarship Application is now available. In order to apply, students must meet eligibility requirements, including: Be a resident of New York State, plan to attend a SUNY or CUNY two or four-year college, complete 30 credits per year towards their program of study, and be on track to graduate on time with an Associate's Degree in two years or a Bachelor's Degree in four years. Please see Mrs. Lecakes with any questions.

The 1st Annual Maspeth Book Festival, Sponsored by The Queens Ledger will be held on May 18, 2019, 11am-4pm at Martin Luther School. All High School Students are invited to participate in a Writing Workshop Competition for Young Adults. Additional details can be found below.
