Randy Gast, MLS Director of International Programs, is excited to enter into 2018 with new and exciting initiatives for Martin Luther School. A long-time member of our community, he is committed to expanding our school, improving student life, and maintaining close relationships with both students and faculty. Randy has already made a significant impact on our school and community, so we are excited to see his plans to boost International enrollment take shape in the coming months.

1. Randy has established two new partnerships with schools in China. This means that over 100 new students will be studying the Martin Luther School Curriculum in China. This brings our total of students studying our curriculum to over 250 in China alone. This is an incredible achievement, and we are excited to expand these numbers even further. Our International program has expanded significantly over the last few years, and much of this is due to the work of Randy Gast.

2. Randy has also been working on short-term programs to bring new students to MLS in March and April. The students coming in March will be the first ever students from Indonesia. There will also be two other new summer programs, which will give more International students the opportunity to come tour the school and meet faculty-- and it's a great way for prospective students to see what a day in the life of an MLS student looks like. Visiting students can see how MLS is part of New York City, yet in a safe, quiet neighborhood as they see our view and have the chance to walk the halls. We look forward to welcoming new students!

We want to thank Randy Gast for his unending service to Martin Luther School. We are excited to see the International Programs grow in 2018 and beyond.
