Students may earn as many as 22 credits toward their college education during their time at Martin Luther School.
Classes are offered through our college partners: Concordia College – Nebraska and St. John’s University. Popular course options include: Human Anatomy, Environmental Science, Introduction to Sport Management, and Calculus.
Martin Luther School utilizes 1:1 iPad Learning, where every student has a new iPad to convert to 1:1 experiential learning through Apple’s latest technology.
MLS students will also take these iPads home so they can do their homework, collaborate on group projects and delve into ideas to find out more about the subject matter they are studying, experientially.

It enables students to visualize connections and expand their thinking while collaborating across disciplines.

NEW MASK MANDATE
Since the onset of the pandemic Martin Luther School has been compliant with the COVID-19 health and safety guidelines of both the NYSDOH and NYCDOH. The school remains safely open for in-person instruction by implementing a layered approach of multiple preventive mitigation strategies. We have experienced many changes in the NYSDOH and NYCDOH COVID-19 Safety and Health protocols and Martin Luther continues and will continue to adapt, monitor, and update their COVID-19 safety and health protocols as new guidelines and information is shared by city and state health officials.
We have been informed that the mask mandate in schools will be lifted as of Monday, March 7th. We will adapt our COVID-19 safety and health guidelines in alignment with this update. While masking is no longer required in schools, masking is optional. If you have questions or concerns it is recommended you speak with your healthcare provider. Masking is required for 5 days for anyone returning to school following a COVD infection. Those exposed to someone who contracted a COVID infection must mask for 10 days in school following exposure to the infected individual.

As we continue we remind you of mitigation measures
- Speaking with your Healthcare Provider regarding Vaccination
- Staying home when sick and getting tested
- Recommended face covering
- Physical Distancing
- Ventilation
- Handwashing and respiratory etiquette
- Isolation and quarantine protocols
- Cleaning and disinfection
We appreciate your support and cooperation with the updated COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.
